The church is led by Senior Pastors Rob and Jeannie Saggs and a team of Key Leaders. As the church is also a registered Charity, there is also a team of Charity Directors who oversight the financial and legal responsibilities.
Married since 1994, Rob and Jeannie moved from full time leadership in a church in Hull to in order to take on the pastorate of CGC Maldon in Sept 2010. They have three boys and have a vision to see God reach the local community through the practical outworking of His goodness and the demonstration of his power, love and compassion. They head up the Key Leadership team and also sit on the board of Directors.
As well as pastoring and parenting their boys, Rob is also executive director for C.H.E.S.S (Churches Homeless Emergency Support Scheme) based in Chelmsford.
Tracy has been on the Key Leadership team since 2009 and has been part of the CGCM Directorship since 2013. Her day job is working as CEO of Langley House Trust. She is also one of the Directors of CGi.
